VCT Group is an Ontario-based provider of commercial solar energy solutions, delivering commercial rooftop solar, EV charging, solar carports and operations and maintenance services, with a portfolio of more than 300 projects across North America.
GrandBridge Corporation will join VCT Group’s longstanding group of shareholders and provide additional financing which will repay outstanding debt and grow the company’s service platform by investing in product development and remote monitoring systems.
