Scott Saint retired from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) as Chief Public Safety Officer and Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. In this role, he directed ESA’s strategies for improving electrical safety across the province with the goal to keep Ontarians safe, whether at home, at work, or at play. Previously Scott was the Chief Operating Officer for ESA and directed the Operations Division.

Scott is recognized as an effective visionary leader with experience in strategic planning, operations, audit engineering, quality systems, purchasing and customer service honed in the manufacturing, utility and regulatory sectors.

Academically, Scott is a Professional Engineer and holds an Electrical Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University. Scott has also received his Chartered Directors designation from the Directors College.
