As Vice President, General Counsel, Cameron’s broad legal and governance expertise, strategic mindset and collaborative leadership play an integral role in GrandBridge Corporation’s growth, evolution and long-term success.

Cameron is an accomplished corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive experience supporting executive leadership teams and guiding organizations through complex legal, regulatory and operational matters. Throughout his career, he has worked across a number of highly regulated industries including banking, securities, and telecommunications, while also holding responsibilities in compliance and privacy leadership roles.

He also has also served as Corporate Secretary at various companies and works closely with GrandBridge’s Executive Leadership Team and Boards to assist with and enhance their governance and oversight practices.

Cameron holds a BA from the University of Guelph and an LLB from the University of Ottawa.
