Greg is a member of the GrandBridge Corporation Board of Directors.

Greg was born and raised in Brantford, living Ward 3 during his formative years. He graduated from North Park Collegiate with his Grade 13 O.S.S.H.G. Diploma in 1978, and graduated with his Aviation and Flight Technology Diploma (Honours) from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology (Toronto) in 1981.

Work has taken Greg to past employment with both the Chatham and Brantford Airports, Sharp Bus Lines, Copeland Refrigeration, and the Brant Naval Veteran’s Association. He was employed with the Toronto Fire Services from November 1985 in Operations rising to the rank of Captain. He was awarded recognition of 20 years’ service with the National Fire Services Medal in 2005, 25 years’ service in May of 2010 with the Provincial Fire Service Medal, and in the summer of 2010 with a 25-year service award from the City of Toronto. He retired in November 2020 with 35 years of service.

Greg ran to sit as a municipal councilor for the City of Brantford in November 2000, and was successful in winning a seat in Ward Three. Greg served three terms as a Ward Three Brantford City Councilor, serving from 2000 until 2010, was elected again as a city Councilor for Ward 3 for the 2014-2018 term, the 2018-2022 term and currently sitting as a councilor for the 2022-2026
term.

Greg has been married to his wife Elizabeth for 42 years and is a father to 2 adult sons. He is now experiencing the joys of being a grandparent to his 3 year
old grandson Kyran.
